I reach out to Dr. Pail the first time more than two years ago to do some psychodiagnostic assessment, and then started psychiatric treatment with him. He is one of the best health professionals that I ever encountered: not only he is very thorough in his assessments and put great effort into getting to the bottom of the my situation, but also he did this in a very empathetic and delicate way.
When I finally started treatment with him, I noticed how proactive he was in recommending different possible approaches and solutions that worked best based on my situation and the efficacy of what we had tried until that point. I never felt like I had to "ask" to be heard, and instead always felt like everything I brought up to him was immediately used to improve our treatment plan and also carefully noted down to be remembered in the future.
